·         Developed Standard Maintenance Practices for Chemical Process Safety Systems at an Integrated Paper Mill

·         Developed Database to track Relief Devices in the Paper Machine Business Unit. Cross-referenced all Data and Field Verified Valve locations and data.

·         Working with operations planning and scheduling equipment outages based on switchgear maintenance and breaker testing needs as required by GP Corporate Electrical Reliability Group

·         Preparing and implementing equipment lockout-tagout (LOTO) and coordinating with plant operations, plant maintenance and contractors

·         Maintaining documentation reflecting switchgear maintenance for annual utility audit

·         Conduct regular audits for Reliability Group to include MCC housekeeping, transformer hi-resistance grounding circuit reliability, transformer oil testing, transformer health (temperature, level and pressure)

·         Audited GP Brewton low and medium voltage switchgear started locations.

·         Developed Power Distribution database for an Integrated Paper Mill

·         Managed electrical maintenance for Georgia Pacific Cedar Springs Pulpmill, Caustic and Woodyard

·         Supervised 15 journeymen and 4 shift electricians

·         Responsible for electrical maintenance of five pulp washer lines, twelve Kraft digesters and one 4-stage continuous digester

·         Developed and commissioned a motor frame cross-reference database for the Cedar Springs maintenance department, simplifying motor replacement by reducing time spent measuring motor dimensions in the field

·         Developed and commissioned an H2S Monitor maintenance and PM database to track H2S Monitor history for the GP Cedar Springs Environmental Department

·         Developed and commissioned a Chemical Process Safety Inspection, Testing and Preventive Maintenance  (ITPM) database for GP Cedar Springs Environmental Department to track instrumentation history

·         Developed and commissioned a 24-hour shiftlog in Microsoft Access for GP Cedar Springs mechanics and electricians to document activities

·         Developed and commissioned a maintenance department in-house website for GP Cedar Springs using Microsoft FrontPage
